Choosing an LED display for the first time can feel complicated because the final screen is a complete project, not a single standard product. The right choice depends on where it will be installed, who will watch it, what content it will show and how it will be maintained.

This guide walks through the decision in the same order a project should be planned. You do not need to know every technical term before making an inquiry. Start with the practical questions below, then use the answers to build a clear project brief.

Step 1: Define what the screen needs to do

Start with the purpose, not the product name. Is the screen for retail advertising, a meeting room, a stage, a stadium, a public-information point, a shop window or a creative landmark? Each use case places different demands on the display.

  • Retail and brand spaces: the screen usually needs clear image quality, a suitable shape and good integration with the store design.
